Stefan is married to a Woman who is out of his league and has a beautiful little baby boy.
He comes from an Italian Background and thus spends a lot of time with his large and loud family.
Stemming from his Italian roots, he has a fond love for coffee, property and wine.
His ideal evening is spent over a bowl of Nonna's Gnocci and surrounded by family.
Stefan is a licensed securities adviser, including giving Margin Loan advice. He has experience in trading in smaller speculative stocks as well as the larger blue-chip companies. He advocates that risk and return are a trade-off and encourages client to keep their time-horizon in mind when deciding to trade in shares. For a long time, he has had a deep focus on Managed and Index Funds (as well as ETF's)
Stefan assists in the operation of multiple businesses, both in the form of being a board member as well as external advisor. He is the Founder, Director and CEO of Angel Advisory and has other business experience in companies in the Finance, Construction, Building Supplies, Property Development and Property Management Industries.
Family Office Operation
Stefan operates his own Family Office. Through this organisation structure they hold multiple business and property interests. Their operation and investment philosophy is centred around investing and operating businesses that complement their strengths and have longer term investment horizons to benefit future generations. Their current philanthropy efforts are focused around Affordable Housing.
Stefan bought his first block of land at 19. He was able to build a house on this and sold it at 21. He has since turned his focus to developing, with experience in residential houses, townhouses and rooming houses. As well as experience in Commercial Assets such as Childcare Centres, Industrial Parks and serviced apartments. A big lesson of his came when he purchased an apartment off the plan.
Stefan has been a part of many business start-ups. In 2011 he was a co-founder of a business that appeared on the hit TV show 'Shark Tank' in 2014. In starting a business, he understands the impacts of correct structuring from the beginning and the importance of cash flow in ensuring the business can not only run sustainably, but benefit in the future.
Stefan has personally held his super through an Industry Fund, Retail Fund where he self-managed his funds, as well as through an SMSF. He currently operates a Self Managed Super Fund that comprises of himself, his brother, his mother and his father. They have used LRBA's to buy residential and commercial property through here and currently implement a less risky investment strategy focused on debt.
